I had my first taste of cupcakes from The Sweet Spot a couple weeks ago at a wedding. Now, I am not a big cake person but these were delicious. My favorite by far was the key lime cupcake. I had never heard of a place offering key lime cupcakes so when I first heard of theirs, I was skeptical but I was indeed surprised. Their cupcakes are extremely creamy with just the right amount of icing. They had other flavors offered, which I tried, including Dreaming in Orange, and Peanut Butter Surprise! I highly recommend them to anyone in the Richmond, VA area. They even offer cake balls for customers that aren't local! Be sure to check out both their website and their Facebook. Once they hit 100 fans on Facebook they will be giving away 1 dozen cake balls and a surprise item!

Darling Digital Designs
Darling Digital Designs is a company that I came across through a friend of mine. I have never been good at designing things on my own but also didn't ever really have the means to pay the high prices that a lot of companies charge. When I first started talking to the owner of Darling Digital Designs about my logo, I had nothing in mind. All I knew was that I needed something. So, she just went with it. She knew what the blog was about and took that and made an awesome logo for me. Something that impressed me the most was that she did different variations of the design as well and was willing to change any and everything that I asked. I wasn't nit-picky about anything but I know that had I been, she would have worked with me. I am certain that I could have even asked her to start all over with something completely different and she would have done it for me, although that was not needed because I loved the first one that she showed me.

Echo Echo Embroidery
I came across Echo Echo Embroidery from another page's Facebook. The page was offering an item from Echo Echo Embroidery as a prize for Bingo. Surprisingly, I won Bingo! I had won an embroidered cinch backpack. I let the owner know that I won and she quickly responded. We discussed the font and the font colors and she let me know when the item was mailed. Within days I received it and I was thoroughly impressed. The item was packaged nicely and arrived in excellent condition. From just looking at the item, you can tell that it is very well made and durable. She also included a few business cards that I am happily going to pass to friends. I will definitely recommend her page to others and am happy to show off the new bag that we received! I have included links to her Facebook page, eBay store, and Etsy store. Be sure to stop by!
